the best environment to sleep is a calm, pure and safe space with good air.  most of us are arrested by some of the above phenomena because we are unguarded during our slumber, because we may mindlessly pass-out to escape reality or are ignorant to the phenomena occurring during the sleep state.

THE FOLLOWING ESSENTIAL OIL BLENDS WILL HELP WITH THE SLEEPING STATE UNTIL WE GET TO THE POINT WHERE WE CAN CHOOSE IF WE WANT TO DREAM OR NOT:

we can use sweet dreams to make dreams sweeter and firewall to protect ourselves from projections and electromagnetic energy.  temple is a great solution for nightmares and all sorts of demons, while aura purifies us from a crowded day and deep relax will completely knock us out.  bathe in any of these synergies by mixing them with salt before bed especially because salt absorbs negative energy and helps us discharge empathic vibrations.  or use any of our handmade bath salts which are simple, effective and balanced.

A WORD ON DREAM INTERPRETATION

when sharing dreams with others, be aware that everything in your dream is a projection of yourself. whether your beloved or greatest enemy....everything is a representation of yourself - which is why interpreting your dreams yourself is the best practice because only you know the meaning you give your reality. by reviewing your life and the surfaced and suppressed emotions, you can interpret the images of your dreams if you must. if you can interpret signs in the waking state, then you should be able to unlock the meaning of your dreams. fyi: all symbols can be traced to the archetypes presented within essential mail.

HOW TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ORDINARY DREAMS AND VISION DREAMS

it is a feeling, if you are unsure then it was an ordinary dream.  if you are trying to convince yourself, then it was an ordinary dream.  if you feel guilty, then it was an ordinary dream.  if you can tell the difference between intuition and thoughts, then you can tell the difference between a vision and an ordinary dream.  as stated, visions will stay with you for years and are as clear as day.  this is portrayed beautifully in the journey’s of john and julia in chapter one genesis:

“Maybe we could contact her through a dream,” Mirra suggested. “Luna, what do you think?”

Moni Lunaluna, a round-faced woman with short silver-blond hair and shimmering complexion, answered: “Dora asked for my help in the matter a while ago and so I tried. But Julia likes to wake up to her music-alarm-clock set at a bothersome loud volume, which instantly produces more information for her senses to absorb. There is simply no time for the subtle vibration of the dream to float to the surface and to penetrate her waking mind. Therefore my efforts have been lost as well.”

if you have trouble sleeping

  • try using deep relax
  • for snoring use blocks
  • get off your sleeping medication with daily meditation
  • read the sleep is overrated essential mail
  • if your children are afraid of the dark or have the boogie man syndrome, spray the room with sweet dreams to clear out the bad air
  • because the brain is active while we are asleep/unconscious, it is best to not have the television on, even, if we are watching it half asleep.  the brain responds to stimulants without consciousness, which has a programming effect on our mind and body.

remembering your dreams?

if you need to make the extra effort to remember your dreams, then that dream is better off forgotten.  whereas visions are never forgotten and often are life changing.  some clients like to keep a dream journal and compare their dreams between nights when they use sweet dreams and nights when they do not.
